Real Estate Agent with Windermere Port Townsend since 1995. I represent Buyers and Sellers and help guide them through the entire process. This includes helping a Seller prepare their property for sale and negotiate through to a successful closing and helping Buyers navigate an offer, loans and inspections. Personally I have built 7 homes, remodeled others and been through a short plat subdivision. I help people work with the City and the County too.
