    Improving Enterprise Productivity with Lean Thinking

    Hosted by Raviyah Training and Consulting, this is a course for Jefferson County businesses, nonprofits, government, and educational organizations seeking to enhance their productivity and employee satisfaction. It provides exposure to a proven way of thinking that also provides tools that help with implementing improved ways of working. It uses a Learner-Centric Curriculum: hands-on exercises, videos, as well as seeing how others are applying Lean in action.  Team oriented “Just-Do-It” exercises will provide opportunities to apply what is taught in class to the workplace without waiting for class to complete. 

    The schedule for the class will be on Thursday evenings from February 29th - April 11th, 4:30pm - 6:30pm, at the Chamber office, 2409 Jefferson St in Port Townsend.

     

    Enrollment is limited to 5 organizations of up to 3 people each for $300. Once enrolled, you will be contacted to provide details about the participants. If space is available, a fourth person can be added for $150.
