The space

Entirely private, the apartment’s many windows feature spectacular views of the property’s 11 acres of native wetlands, woodlands, gardens, and critters (chickens, ducks, goats, rabbits, 2 friendly dogs, and abundant wildlife). Vaulted cathedral ceilings make the 650 square feet seem even larger! The entire apartment has been recently refurbished with new appliances and fixtures. Electric baseboard heat, a cozy propane stove with flickering flames, windows that open, and an elegant ceiling fan keep the apartment comfortable and romantic year-round. The ample closets, drawers, and shelves will make you want to move in and stay forever.
