Raviyah Training and Consulting is located in Jefferson County in Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula.
Jay Bakst has over 30 years’ experience applying Theory of Constraints, Project Management, Systems Modeling and Creative use of technology to real world problems. He has worked with large companies such as Boeing and Weyerhaeuser as well as smaller companies such as Seattle Cold Storage, SeaBright Insurance and Kocer Engineering.  For 30 years, Mr. Bakst has run his own consulting firm, Raviyah Training and Consulting, providing TOC training and operations support to companies in the Puget Sound area.
