      Owned and operated by Heidi Haney, Tipsy Gypsy is a mobile bar service based in Port Townsend that serves East Jefferson County, Clallam County, and Kitsap County. As a social purpose corporation we put our efforts towards our environment. A zero waste party is one of our focuses. Tipsy Gypsy not only brings the bar to you but they also rent glassware, staff events, engage in creating menus for their clients and they host an array of wine tastings and cocktail classes/workshops.
