Since July 2000, Ichikawa has been serving the finest Japanese cuisine on the Olympic Peninsula - we're a favorite of area residents, with regular customers coming from up to 50 miles away.

Our name means ''River City'' and is a tribute to Port Townsend?s sister city Ichikawa, in the Japanese prefecture of Hyogo.

Our chefs create unique specials appropriate to the season and seafood availability; a lot of effort goes into finding the very best seafood, shellfish, vegetables, noodles and specialty ingredients from the Olympic Peninsula, San Juan Islands, Puget Sound, Alaska, Japan and all over the world.
