Aunt Clara's Cottage

Aunt Clara's Cottage is a 550 sq. ft. 1940 era cottage with a private wonderland garden and a view of Townsend Bay. Aunt Clara's accommodates 1-2 people.

There is a spacious living/dining room, separate bedroom with a new Sealy Posturpedic queen bed, a bathroom with a large shower and a kitchen with a full size range/oven, a full size refrigerator, a microwave and lots of small appliances, and cooking paraphernalia.

There is also Direct TV, DVD, Wireless DSL Internet, a library of interesting books and a record player with lots of old albums.

Aunt Clara's is only one block from the bluff so you can enjoy the Wednesday & Sunday sailboat races and the daily ferry sailings from your own window on the bay. Or, you can settle in to your own quiet garden, close to but not in the midst of the Downtown noise and traffic.

From Aunt Clara's everything in the Port Townsend National Historic District is easily walkable. Park you car in front of the cottage then forget it. It's a 3 minute walk to the Rose Theatre and the Downtown stores and restaurants, a four minute walk to Aldrich's Market (aka ''The Center of the Universe'') and two minutes to the Uptown shops and Saturday's award winning farmer's market.

Linens are provided, fresh towels & bedding will be changed out weekly. And every 2nd week a housekeeper will do a light bathroom & kitchen touch up. There is no washer, dryer or dishwasher. There are 2 friendly laundromats close by. Aunt Clara's is a smoke free and pet free property. Rental by month.
