"Weather or Not" plein air art show

This art exhibition takes you to mountains, waterfalls, ocean beaches and other exquisite places, all through the artist's eyes. Fifty-eight paintings appear in this show, a tribute to the late Kathy Francis of Port Townsend, who started a plein air group called "Weather or Not," in which she and artist friends went out into the elements to paint and inspire one another.
