    Join us for a Regional Tourism Gathering!

     

    The Chamber & NWMC invite you to join us for a presentation at NWMC from the State of Washington Tourism including legislative updates, metrics, programs and collaborations, grants as well as news and events. There will be ample opportunity for QA as well as sips & snacks and connecting with one another.

    Open to all our tourism partners throughout the Peninsula and those engaged in tourism related businesses.
    Speaker :
    Matthew Ozuna, Destination Development Manager-State of Washington Tourism
    Matthew grew up in the Yakima Valley, attended college in Walla Walla, and is back home after graduate school and tourism advocacy work in Washington, D.C. He holds a Master of Tourism Administration with a concentration in Sustainable Tourism Management from George Washington University. At State of Washington Tourism, he manages programs and initiatives associated with destination development, including scenic byways, grants, industry education, and rural tourism. Matthew has worked with Destinations International, Simpleview, and many consulting teams on tourism projects. Before venturing to D.C., he worked with political campaigns, cultural heritage organizations, and educational institutions in the Walla Walla Valley.
     

     

    There is no cost to attend however registration is required.
