Silk Painting: Color and Design

Silk painting using water-based resists is like creating stained glass, but on fabric. Using a square piece of silk Habotai, artist Evette Allerdings will teach you multiple techniques to create one-of-a-kind pieces to wear or display. Students will be able to create two pieces; a silk Habotai and a silk charmeuse. This is an introductory class, but more intermediate projects can also be completed if you have attended one of Evette's courses already.
