    "Psychedelic Summer" is an ultra-colorful art exhibition by local painters Virginia Ashby and Herman James. Their sea creatures and soulful animals populate the Grover Gallery, across the street from the Rose Theatre; a few abstract canvases may also appear. You've never seen anything like these works of art.
