    Is Customer Service failing in Jeffco?  We hear the "bad" stories regularly but are there positive stories as well.  Join Scott Rogers owner of Aldrich's and Karen Best, Owner of Coldwell Banker Best Homes in a community conversation.  Are their programs we can put in place to encourage better customer communication and to make it easier for locals to shop in our community?
