    Name: Port Townsend Farmers Market
    Date: April 3, 2021 - December 18, 2021
    Event Description:
Join us in Uptown Port Townsend for the Port Townsend Farmers Market! We're open 9-2 April-October 31, and 10-1 for November and December. Count an array of artisans, a plethora of farm-fresh produce and pantry staples, as well as prepared food Vendors. About 70 Vendors are expected within 2021; we will resume Cooking Demos, Music, and Kid's 'Power of Produce' activities as soon as Covid-safety considerations allow.

Chimacum Farmers Market opens June 6th, 10am-2pm, through October 31. We're located in the parking lot of Chimacum Corner Farmstand, at Chimacum Corner. This Market usually has 10-15 Vendors, and is within arms-reach of several farms, cideries, and cheesemakers. This is a more intimate environment than the larger Saturday Market, and you can count on leisurely chats with your favorite Vendors. This Market has fresh produce, bread, mushrooms, bodycare/health supplies, tea and tea plants, sweet treats, and much more. Definitely visit Chimacum Corner Farmstand when you stop; they are not only a fantastic supporter of the Farmers Market, but their selection of beverages, outdoor plant nursery, and other kitchen staples will brighten your day.

Food Access: Each Market aims to address the community needs of access to healthy, affordable, tasty, nutritious food. To this end, we have several 'food access' programs that we're able to offer within community partnerships. Detailed info. about each of these is available on our website under 'Food Access,' https://jcfmarkets.org
     These include:
    1. Veg Rx w/Jefferson Healthcare and The Food Co-op: If your family received health services at Jefferson Healthcare, ask if you qualify for a VegRx 'prescription,' giving you $20/month all season long for fresh produce at the Farmers Markets.
    2. SNAP/EBT/P-EBT:  We offer dollar-for-dollar 'Market Match' on SNAP/EBT/P-EBT. Visit the Market Info. Booth near our entry to learn more about how the program works, and to get your Market Match!
    3. WIC (Women, Infants, and Children):  When you bring your packet of WIC Vouchers to the Market Info. Booth, we 'Match' you with $25 in Market tokens. WIC Vouchers are available through the WIC office via Jefferson County Public Health.
    4. Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Vouchers: OLYCAP administers this program; if you qualify, they can help you get the vouchers. The Farmers Market matches these with $25 in Market tokens at our Info. Booth!
