    Internationally known photographer and Oregon Center for Photographic Arts cofounder Christopher Rauschenberg will discuss photography's role in our lives. He'll also talk about "Wet: Reflections on Water," the photo exhibition at Northwind Art's Jeanette Best Gallery through April 30. Rauschenberg curated this show, and will announce the Juror's Choice Award during his talk.
