    **Northwind Art Lantern Making Event as part of First Night New Years Eve, Saturday, December 31, 3-6:30 PM** Northwind Art is partnering with The Production Alliance again this year and will be leading a FREE Lantern Making Event on SATURDAY, December 31, from 3-6:30 PM at the Cotton Building, 607 Water Street, Port Townsend. A lantern parade led by the Unexpected Brass Band will take place at 7 PM First Night is an all ages New Year’s Eve Extravaganza featuring live music and performances, interactive art experiences, heritage and history exhibits, food, fireworks and more! Food and beverages—including hot drinks and an all ages craft mocktails-- will be available for sale.
