This foundational, hands-on class will teach you how to use an electric pressure cooker in a relaxed and confident way. We’ll learn lots of classy techniques from Sidonie, drawing on her expertise and knowledge of world cuisines. Plus, you’ll cook with others, eat a full sit down meal, and come away with a yummy recipe packet.
