In this class we'll explore a range of probiotic foods and drinks from kim chi to kombucha, including ways to make and enjoy many of these ferments, and some important tips on how to effectively use them to nourish your gut. You'll also learn how to make your own flavored drinking vinegar, and have a chance to sample several different types of fermented beverages.
