On Friday, August 4th, 2023 from 10am - 11am over Zoom, come learn about the work of Jefferson Land Trust, whose mission is helping the community preserve open space, working lands and habitat forever. Founded in 1989, the Land Trust has helped to protect over 17,000 acres in Jefferson County. Join Executive Director, Richard Tucker, to talk about how the Land Trust works, what it has accomplished and where it is going! Richard will also discuss how the Land Trust's work benefits the local economy and contributes to building resiliency for our community.
